Full-time students can complete VCU’s online M.S.W. Program format in 16 months to two years, depending on which track they choose. Students enrolled in the program on a part-time basis complete their degree in three or four years based on their track Students already holding a B.S.W. degree and who meet certain requirements have the option to apply to an accelerated M.S.W. online program, which takes a year to complete.
